"The Skywatch passed away at Joe Martin Stables on May 1, 2013. Bred and raised by Jimmy and Bonnie Woosley of Shelbyville, TN, he was sired by Pride’s Generator and out of Lady Fame. The Skywatch began his show ring career under the guidance of Joe Martin in 1995. Shown sparingly that season, Joe and The Skywatch captured the honors at the Pulaski and Columbia, TN. shows before going on to win the Three Year Old Stallion preliminary class and the Three Year Old Championship at the Celebration. This great horse will be missed not only by his owners, Gus King and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Martin, but by the rest of the Walking Horse as well.
